When you take the Energy at Work Assessment we collect your first name, email address, optional job role, your answers and the scores calculated from them. If you ask about a workshop for your team, we also collect your organisation's name, team size and what the session is for.

We use this information to send your personal results and the Level 1 guide, a reminder to retake the assessment after 30 days and, if you agree, occasional emails about Yoga for the Corporate Soul, workshops and retreats. If you ask about a team workshop, we use your details to reply to you.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box before seeing your results. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.

Your details are stored with our email provider, Mailchimp (Intuit). We never sell your details, and we never share your answers or scores with your employer. The assessment is a reflection tool, not a medical or psychological assessment.

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed. You can ask to see, correct or delete it at any time via https://withsandhiya.com/contact.
